'The utility skirt has the approach of lightweight summer-wear, with style. Made with 65% polyester, and 35% cotton with a 5oz cone ripstop fabric, milled in the USA The skirt is tailored to have a tight, shorter fit, meant to be worn low waisted. Handmade in Los Angeles with only 10 skirts pre-made.
